Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is one of the nation’s fastest growing QSRs. Founded in 1996 as a single restaurant in Baton Rouge, they’ve exploded into a 200+ restaurant chain with locations across the U.S. and - soon - the world.
Their secret? Serving high-quality chicken finger meals better than anyone else, fostering a strong company culture and forging deep community ties.
Over the past four years, we’ve partnered with them to develop five-to-six campaigns per year that are customizable by market or restaurant, integrated across multiple mediums and visually distinct. We've also helped find new ways to drive traffic and keep their fixed menu feeling fresh, through peel & win games, music giveaways and more – all while maintaining strong roots in the communities they serve.
This past fall, O&H created a fully-integrated campaign featuring a customized football player and glove artwork to support each of Raising Cane’s college and professional football sponsorships, while simultaneously promoting tailgate sales during football season.
For the holidays, we created a campaign around Raising Cane’s partnership with Warner Brothers’ classic “A Christmas Vacation.” The movie was a natural fit for Cane’s fun-loving personality, and we leveraged iconic elements of the film to help drive holiday traffic, boost gift card purchases and promote sales of Clark and Cousin Eddie-themed plush puppies, which benefitted local pet welfare organizations. We even helped turned a Raising Cane’s restaurant into Clark Griswold’s light-covered home. Hallelujah!
To help drive traffic during the challenging post-New Years’ timeframe, we helped Raising Cane’s develop and annual collectable peel & win game, resulting in increased purchase frequency, restaurant visits and interaction through social networks.
